Organic Herbal Sage Smudge Wand

Beautiful herbal smudge wands.

With organic white sage, mugwort, lavender and seasonal dried flowers, all lovingly grown in New Zealand. 

Smudge sticks are all handmade, approx 19cm long, some natural variance may occur.

How to use:

Burn this sage herbal smudge wand with intention for cleansing/clearing energy of spaces, peoples and ritual items. Use a fire safe bowl or shell to catch ash or burning embers. Light the herbs so that a nice smoke begins, then gently blow out the flame. Allowing the herbs to smolder and smoke. Use the smoke to cleanse your aura/space/items while being mindful of your intentions and positive thoughts. 

White sage the most effective clearing herb offers a deep clean leaving you feeling uplifted and shifting your point of view to a more colorful outlook on life.

Lavender most famously known as a relaxant also helps you attract the energy you desire and ground yourself.
