Delivery information

Processing times for orders are typically 1-4 days. All products are sent via NZ Couriers and include tracking information. You will receive a confirmation email when items have been sent. 

 

Returns

If a product is faulty every effort will be made to replace or repair product. Store credit will be offered if it is unable to be replaced or repaired. Purchaser must pay for postage for returns. Please notify us by email within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds will not be supplied for change of mind.
